Men in Black 3 Movie Reviews

I love everything Tommy Lee Jones does (can't wait for his movie with Meryl Streep later this summer) but this movie was a bit of a letdown, especially since he's back in a familiar role with Will Smith as Agents K and J.
There's a big scary alien villain lurking about and his plan is to destroy Agent K (or is it J? anyway it's the one that Jones plays) and so Agent J (or is it K?) has to travel into the past and stop the alien lord from becoming too powerful. Of course, it all ends happily but ambiguously enough that you know they're planning yet another sequel. That's what I hate about Hollywood movies - why do they have to franchise everything? Sometimes stories should be left to one book or movie. We don't need eight versions of everything like Harry Potter.
My husband enjoyed this much more than I did, though I think he has taste similar to my kids. Next time, I pick the movie!
Agents J & K are back! And not a moment to soon, I say. When was the last time Will Smith was on the big screen? It's been too long - I've had to watch my "Fresh Prince" dvds to get my jiggy fix, lol, which is just not fair! Thank goodness that's over with.
This is a fun family movie that gets to see Will Smith doing his best to save Tommy Lee Jones by traveling through time to defeat the bad guys. It sounds pretty standard action alien movie stuff - and it is - but the actors seem to be having fun with it which makes it more enjoyable for the audience. After all, by the time we get to the third in a series of movies we know what to expect and what to feel. We go to these movies to be reminded of the old ones, not to get something new. Bring on MIB 4!!!
I liked the first MIB and thought the sequel was pretty forgettable. In fact, I'm having a hard time remembering what the second MIB was all about.
But MIB 3 is a return to form for the franchise. It's also the first movie Will Smith has made in almost four years, and since he's one of my favorite actors, I have to admit I am probably a bit biased about this movie.
There is a lit of futuristic time travel in the movie that happens since it's basically about how Will Smith has to travel through time to save Tommy Lee Jones, but the movie doesn't take itself more seriously than it needs to, which is why the film is as enjoyable as it is.
I thought the film was alright and if you are a fan of Men in Black films you will probably love it. I liked the first film and hated the second one and I think this one is definitely better than the second one but not as good as the first one. I thought that the film looked pretty great and Will Smith and Josh Brolin had a blast filming and it showed in their performances but everything else was kind of mediocre. THe film was quite entertaining overall but I am not sure if they should make the fourth film. If you want some mindless entertainment this is definitely a film to see.
I am not a fan of big blockbuster films but my boyfriend is and I usually end up watching them anyway. What can I say about this film, it is big, it had an enormous budget and it shows. The special effects are pretty great and the world that is created by the filmmakers is pretty cool and impressive. I do have to say that the film was pretty entertaining and I did enjoy watching Will Smith and Josh Brolin together, they had a great chemistry and Brolin was very entertaining. The flaws of this film are that it has some pretty cheap humor and special effects seem to overwhelm everything else and that is precisely why i do not like big budget films.
Of all the men in black this is the best yet it keeps you on the end of your seat guessed what will happen next at no point is there a dull part in the movie it's well worth the price to get in fact
It's been so long since the second "Men In Black" film (almost 10 years) and it was so bad that I felt l had been flashed by one of those things they use to erase memories. So a third "Men In Black" film didn't even register on my radar. But you know what? It's actually a lot more fun that one has the right to expect. It's also MUCH better than the second film, making me wish they had just skipped that one and moved on to this one. Too bad they didn't come up with this idea back in 2002. In this film, Boris The Animal is a nasty alien who Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) put in prison back 40 years ago. Boris escapes from the prison, travels back in time and kills K. Agent J (Will Smith) travels back to 1969 to stop the killing, and meets up with a young K. This is the best part of the movie. Josh Brolin plays the young K, and does an amazing job. Yes, his impression of Jones is damn good, but it's not just mimicry. He and Smith play really well off of each other as well. You also get a lot of humor, a little bit of emotion (though not much), a really exciting climax, and as usual, some amazing Rick Baker creature creations. Director Barry Sonnenfeld keeps things moving along briskly, and the movie never overstays its welcome. I don't think I need another "Men In Black" movie, but this one does a good job of ending the series on a high note.
I thought the film was alright and it is worth seeing in the theaters if you are a fan of these films. I am kind of indifferent about “Men In Black” movies but my boyfriend loves them so I went to see it with him and i had a pretty good time watching this film. The film was funny, thrilling and I think that Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones had some funny and good scenes together and I enjoyed that. I liked the storyline and I think that the characters were well developed and interesting. Overall, I recommend to see this film in the theaters.
I love “Men In Black” movies, they are so much fun to watch and I always enjoy watching Will Smith. This film was good and I had a great time watching it so I recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film is not overdone and I really appreciate that because I hate when Hollywood overbloats movies like this one. This film was really entertaining, fast, funny and I found it to be suspenseful as well. Will Smith is funny and entertaining as always and his charms help this film a lot. Overall, i think this film is worth seeing in the theaters.
